REAL ESTATE – The Italian Supreme Court pushes to give immediate protection to property owners.

It is a rule of public order and common sense that occupied houses must be immediately liberated.

It is the writer’s opinion that the commission of offenses can not and should not be tolerated and that the State must act immediately and vigorously to restore Legality.

The Supreme Court expresses itself strongly in this sense, with the recent Judgment No. 24198 of October 4, 2018, in which it explains how the public order must be protected by restoring the violated legality and according to the teachings of the same Blaise Pascal not making strong Justice, it would end up making the Force right.
